State outgained Arkansas 400 to 275 but threw 3 interceptions, including a pick-6. Arkansas won by 7.
State was a better team the last half of the season. We benched that QB and our true freshman replacement QB only threw 4 interceptions in the last 6 games. He was the only SEC QB to throw for 1,000 yards in November.
State finished the season with two wins over ranked teams and is returning slightly more offensive production and the same amount of defensive production as Arkansas.

I can see 5 maybe even 6 of these teams making a 12 team playoff.
