This article was not clear on whether they had ND at #1 because they thought they are the best team before the year starts, or because the next 9 teams have harder schedules.
Also has Indiana higher than I have seen them elsewhere, and IU has an easy schedule as well compared to some of the other team

Doesn't A&M have tons of cash in their OL? Just not producing? I feel like they pull top guys annually from both in TX and across the nation and should be a top 15 OL unit every season
