Yeah, I've always wondered that. Do you think they would've wanted to come to a team that doesn't run as much as pass?

Petrino prefers to run it 50% of the time if at all possible.

The first responsabilty you have is to you family. If they are not happy then you do what you can to help them

So Meyer's family could be asking him to go back to coaching?

Well that is much less than Nutt preferred correct?

Not that I hate BP, but just because someone is doing a good job for Arkansas doesn't mean people wont hate him or that he's a good person. He's probably a good guy, but I doubt a ton of coaches point out other coaches and cuss at them during a game... kind of childish

Would you like to be judged by one single incident where you screwed up? Would you want the entire nation to form an opinion of you...based on maybe the dumbest thing you ever did in public?

How about having everyone believe your enemy (who has a microphone) when he goes around telling lies about you...so much that it becomes accepted fact?

In Arkansas, we don't love Bobby JUST because we're winning more games than we used to. We also love the kind of program he's building. He's doing it right and well.

We could have run Texas Tech's offense and DMac would have come here still. That kid was born and bred to be a Hog. He had offers from everywhere and didn't take a single visit and pretty much committed the first day he could.

Well yes, but you also don't have 11 guys in the box against you every play.

We literally ran 1 WR sets 90% of the time when Nutt coached us.

People tend to think that Petrino wants to throw it every play though, that's not really the case at all.

Nick had an NFL contract too, when he jumped to Bama. I don't see anyone crying over that.

Pretty sure the season was over for Miami,,, Not Petrino... Saban took a ton of crap for that too.

Your coach is a Prick and a low life. Deal with it.

He called Les an Mfer for kicking a FG with 5 minutes left and 3 time outs. LSU had a 21 point lead.

Enjoy your Petrino. Urban has class Petrino has dickdom.

Meyer's family my want him back into coaching, I think it's great for him, Get what you can because coaching is a risky. I just don't think you can judge someone for doing somthing for themselves.

No I would not like to be remembered for one incident when I messed up on national television, but isn't that the kind of media controlled world we're in these days? And... you're probably the 2nd hog fan I've seen that said his actions "weren't his best." Most of them fully support his actions, they think they were awesome and that he is the man for doing it.
If hog fans are proud of their coach for that, what else are they proud of him for doing the "right" way?

Either way, I don't hate BP or even dislike him--I don't know the guy, but when you do something like that it kind of sticks in peoples' minds.

Who knows the lines of BS that were fed to Petrino during the whole Vick saga anyways?

No one knows b/c Petrino didn't go on ESPN like a whiny bitch like Arthur Blank did. Yet he's still the villain

People need to look out for themselves, that's the society we live in.

It's business on the corporate level and family level. It was also in Meyer's best interest to consider his wife's situation in the mix or it would more than likely have led to worse panic attacks.

Like I said before, it's ironic to me that these LSU fans are coming in here and talking shite when a coach on their very own coaching staff left in the middle of the night with only a post it note to say that he quit. The best part was that he left the post it note for Urban Meyer.

But........But.........But........... Billy never points and calls Les a mother Fricker, he's a real class act.

Never have a bunch of grown men been so upset that a coach called an other coach a mother fricker.

I had a high school coach knock the clip board out of the hands of the other teams coach on the way in for half time. And they were good friends, coaches get pissed, no big deal.

Why does it matter? He owed Florida , he owed urban, he owed the fans, dear God the poor fans.

That coward pos mother Fricker just high tailed it right out of town, no hugs or anything. It just makes me sick when I think about it.
