they were originally scheduled to go to court on the same date as the armed robbers. Have they been to court yet?

look it up dickweed ,it's out there.Originally scheduled ON THE SAME DAY in April. Then both rescheduled TO THE SAME DAY in October. Simply asking,have they seen court yet? Is that Sabans doings as well?

I don't know why you are getting a kick out of the Plainsman. They are directly responsible for this matter taking as long as it has.

No. I think Updyke has serious mental issues like others with a bunker mentality. I hope he has his day in court, is afforded a vigorous defense, and that the court follows the law. Nothing more, nothing less.
