look it up dickweed ,it's out there.Originally scheduled ON THE SAME DAY in April. Then both rescheduled TO THE SAME DAY in October. Simply asking, have they seen court yet?

In the spirit of the Alabama felony 4 thread (where some AU posters are calling out their own tards), you should try google and maybe post less. The latest delay in the Auburn felony 4 trial was largely caused by the previously assigned ADA (prosecutor) taking another job.

One's been to trial and got convicted on all counts. The other three will too. There are no black helicopters hovering, just the type of delays that are pretty common in high profile cases.

Updyke, on the other hand, has played his situation masterfully. He's going to get convicted and probably do time too, but he's managed to put it off far longer than I thought possible. The move with the Plainsman reporter at his first trial was absolute inspired genius. Kind of amazing how he can be so full on crazy and yet still manage to game the system so many times.

It sounds like the judge has finally had a gut full so the gig's up now. Like the remaining AU three and newly arrested UA four, he gone.

Too bad Auburn didn't have a prayer to have a winning season last year.

Hard to move past it when we are digging our trees up soon or walking by the last year and seeing how dead they are. Sometimes just not posting is the best thing to do.

Auburns hatred and torture for Harvey is like picking on the retarded kid.
I don't know what is worse, Harvey's act or Auburn's inability to move past it.

Hmm... 3/10

This is only slightly better than the classic "they're just trees" troll but still not great material.

Prosecutors in the Harvey Updyke case are bringing out the big guns, or at least they will if they have to.
In a response to the request from Updyke’s defense to disclose its expert witness list, prosecutors revealed they would retain forensic psychiatrist Dr. Michael Welner. If the name doesn’t sound familiar, his face might. Welner is a former ABC News contributor and founder of The Forensic Panel in New York City. He regularly consults on high profile criminal and court proceedings and frequently appears as a commentator on network news and talk shows such as Good Morning America, The View and Piers Morgan Tonight.
