Nope, he's crazy. But the legal definition I believe is whether or not he knew it was wrong and I think he knew...so he'll go to trial.

You actually think I care about some stupid statue? Destroy them all for all I care. They can be replaced. The statue of Stallings does need to be destroyed and replaced because it looks nothing like him at all.

Denny Chimes is just a building. Millions of them on earth. Hands pressed in cement is just cement. Plenty of cement can be bought at Lowe's.

And how would you go about destroying it? A sledgehammer?
It'd be far easier to use explosives which would more than likely get you indicted on terrorism charges if you are caught, putting you away for life. So if you want to do that, please be my guest.

How the hell was I supposed to tell who that was? My eyesight is already bad enough, even with glasses, and that was such a tiny picture it was impossible for me to make out who it was.

Well if they want to use the actions of one crazed fan and hold it over the millions of us who don't poison trees, and if that helps them handle the grief they are feeling over their dying trees, then they can go right ahead.
