This just came up on my Twitter feed. Apparently we have a student on top of a parking garage. Not sure if he is contemplating suicide or just being dumb.
Police are trying to talk him into coming down.

Its technically a mixed-use structure, but mostly parking. He is over a plaza next to the university book store.
