Not uncommon. Ga Tech recently did that to a guy the NCAA cleared.

Again, why send him this letter saying he's violating NCAA rules but now is saying he was in compliance.

That doesn't apply to my question regarding you saying it was creepy to inquire how often Julio had his vehicle detailed.
