I'm pretty sure we are talking about this site. And while this site doesn't represent all Georgia fans it gives a good enough sample size.

Agreed and why it can sometimes be hard to just look at arenas to tell how big the fan support is overall. Our standards are also different than other schools. 11K at one school might be great but many will use that to show a lack of interest at Arkansas.

If your argument is attendance goes down when the team sucks, well that's true for the vast majority of all sports teams at all levels. But as far as supporting the team when the team isn't good, I'd say it's a poor argument to say Tennessee and Arkansas don't support their teams much more than most do.

I really feel like I see this shite with most fan bases when they win than lose. Maybe if you go through every thread you are right that it happens with UGA fans more. I'm here alot throughout the day but I'm not going to pretend like I see everything. I feel like I see it with a bunch of different fan bases depending on the year.

Pay attention to it throughout the season. Georgia fans will do it 10-1 over anybody else. Trust me.

Yeah, I meant this board. I specifically meant fanbases here telling everyone they don't care about basketball but everything got a little sidetracked.

I get that but was trying to find a way to measure it. Obviously support or lack there of in the stands isn't a direct reflection of what happens here but not sure how else to really measure it objectively. I guess it could be done on the forums but that would be a nightmare.

Because every time there is a basketball thread on this board a Georgia fan has to pop up and tell everyone they don't care about basketball. It's annoying.
