I can't wait until LSU and Bama D line jumps on his arse.
Tennessee is a trap game and a half for LSU, sandwiched between Florida and Auburn and on the road. Probably the best QB LSU will face till they go up against ARKy.

Not sure if serious.

Bray isn't going to get respect from other teams fans. Its a losing battle.

Bray is a good QB. But for me to call him great he has to beat Bama....
That is all that matters.... He can beat Fl all day and twice on Sunday. Peyton was a great QB. He wiped his arse with the Tide. Clausen was a great QB. All he did was win. And that is all that matters winning....

Ok, let me clarify.
He may earn respect from reasonable opposing teams fans.
The gators, tide, and dawgs will say, even if Bray shreds florida for 300 yards, 3TD, and 0INTs, that he only did it once, or florida's D is over rated... There will be 1,000 more excuses to appear why he is no good. Just the way it is.
I'm thrilled with him so far this year. If he was on your team putting up those numbers you'd be lying that you went excited.

Bray is the truth. And so are Rogers and Hunter. That offense is scary good.

Well looks like some of your own fanbase agrees

At times last year, Bray looked like Peyton Manning back there, inconsistent but you would expect that....Hunter is the real deal, Poole can f'ing fly and Rogers...the jury is still out on him IMO.

I won't say that. I'll say he took advantage of our lack of pass rush and our young secondary and give him props for doing it.
Still don't like the throat slashing goof though.

100% serious... They might make a bcs game next season

Poole doesn't scare me. It's Hunter and Rogers that are of great concern. If our DLine doesn't create pressure I can see a scenario of us getting down 2 scores and getting out of our game plan.
Their D should be challenged too though. We haven't done much down field passing at all and really haven't needed to do so.
I expect more swing passes until they commit to stopping it and then taking shots over the top.
Their WRs are better than ours but we have some "guys".

He should. He'll find a crease or two.

Maybe. The body of work so far says not really though.
I don't think he runs for as many yards against us as he did against Cincy. I could be wrong but our DL is leaps and bounds better than Cincy's.

He's the only RB to run for over 100yards against Bama's D in the last 2 years.

OK. I'm just more concerned about the passing game than the running game. Surely that makes sense.
ETA: Gashed Bama but 23 yards against UF last year.

I understand that, and would have the exact same approach if I was an opposing team playing us.
Poole is a pretty good runner, Lane is very talented and so is Neal. The issue this year and last year was the OL run blocking.
I would expect them to run well this week, just on the simple fact I believe Muschamp is going to game plan around trying to stop the passing attack. I just am not sure if we will be able to get the run game going.

If he puts up good stats -- and looks good doing it -- against 'Bama, he'll have gone a long way toward earning my respect, even if Tennessee loses.

I think Bray will end up being a really good QB, I think he is fairly tough as well. Last year against Bama, I thought Bama literally broke him in half and he popped right up.
