This game against Davidson is a legit challenge for our backcourt.
People who don’t follow basketball will be making tons of inaccurate statements about this game.
Davidson is a very good team this year. All 5 starters from last year return.

Just to be clear in case that seems like sarcasm thats actually pretty good for an early season conditioning game.

Cant wait for davidson - auburn since Saint Louis U plays both.
How good is auburn guard play? Davidson guards are ridiculous, but they have an awful front court which always gets exposed. Davidson probably has the top 3 best back court in the nation with talent + experience.

Davidsons predicted to finish 2nd in what will likely be a 4 bid conference this year. If they have any bigs who improved enough from last year, the guard play will likely win them the conference.

I think we will be fine, but McCormick (our guard) had about 13 turnovers in the first HALF last game

Davidson is a team that lovesssss shooting 3's, so they will live or die by it. By that i mean, their starting 5 all shoot at 35% or higher.

This Davidson team will win 25+ games. Might be Mckillop's best team since Curry.
It's strength vs weakness on both sides imo. We are gonna feed Wiley against their front court and our guards will struggle to defend Gudmundsson and Grady. I think we lose by 8-10 but will learn a lot. This will be our toughest OOC game in my opinion.
