Are these kids not at risk for exposure in every other facet of their lives??

Consider that 40,000 people die in the US every year from traffic accidents. I would bet that a large percentage of those deaths are people under 50, simply because they are on the road more. What is the bigger risk of death for people under 50, driving or COVID? When are we going to shut down all traffic?

Your strawman argument actually proves my point.

Risk is inherent in everything we do. Some people learn how to mitigate risk. Some people hide in their moms basement.
