I enjoyed it. Most LSU fans probably didn't, but I did. Thanks for the post and "Roll Tide".

It was a decent video and I'd take #59 on my team any day but it just seems like Nick has lost a little fire in his belly. I know y'all will jump on me but I'm not trying to bash him or the Tide. Something just seems different about him.

I can tell you what it is with coach Saban. We have a life size image of coach Bryant stuffed that we put in that tower during practice and I think it is a little intimidating to coach Saban. Gene Stallings is the only coach we have had that was able to deal with it. I think coach Saban is overwhelmed with the Tide, but I think he is the man for the job and will rise to the occasion. He needs two more years after this year and we wil be rolling.

Not gonna jump on anybody. I didn't see him on the practice field while he was at LSU so I don't have anything to go on. I think with a few good recruiting classes (and if he stays) he'll put Bama back on the right track. Maybe an SEC Championship or two or at at least a little more competitive with LSU, Florida, Auburn, and Georgia.

Personally, I think that little son of a bugger knows he's building something over there. Kind of like the sharks circling their prey. When he has a team he knows he can win with he becomes a totally different coach. However, he has/will/probably always will have a tendency to sit on a lead.

I think that say, if three quarters of the recruits he got last year (and add a few more good classes) live up to their hype we'll do pretty darn good. Then again this is the SEC. The BEST conference in the US by far. So Bama better bring its A game every week (see La. Monroe)or we'll stay a middle of the pack team.

haven't you heard. No matter who they get, once Rivals boasts there ratings they are gonna have back-2-back recruiting championships.

starting off strong in recruiting so far.
Just landed a stud RB yesterday from Pensacola.
Not comparable to LSU yet but it is very early
and with Nico Dre etc. we will be just fine top 10 finish

Interesting. Whereas you may be right, this time last year, the Birmingham media and Alabama fans in Central Alabama maintained that just by Saban's mere presence Alabama would win at least 10 games in 2007 and make a run for the National Title in 2008.

breaking out rhymes? Let me see

Bama can recruit,
but can they stop the streak?
They love Nick Saban,
and they also love the skeet.
