Richts "cool guy" attitude is starting to catch up to him. His spray tan, and passive attitude/lack of a back bone is to blame. He's not the leader, he's cool guy Richt.
It's obvious the players dont respect him. When you do a "missing man formations", allow the players to rush the field on an opening TD, making out with your wife for an extended period of time on the field, etc. players dont respect that. You're putting them above everyone else. What we probably dont know is Ogletree has probably been busted multiple times.
Do a lot of CFB players smoke? Definitely. It's no secret that these players have a heads up when it comes to drug test. Most players prepare for, these two just blatantly didnt give a shite.
This is one main reason Nkemdiche isnt going to UGA. I'm not going to look up the article, but his HC Conn says(more or less) that Robert needs to go to a school with a discipline and structure. Not to a coach that's "cool".
On a side note, did his extension get passed yet?

Don't shy from that. The things that get covered up in Bama must be many. That's how it should be. Minor shiite gets buried for the sake of the team.
You only hear about major stuff at bama like hitting girls (allegedly). You never hear about the small stuff.
UF and UG has tons of traffic and parking issues. You don't hear about that at most SEC schools. Why is that?

this brings up a good point. Just because he wins 10 straight vs an easy schedule means we forget? frick that! We didn't beat a single team we shouldn't have. We still have the same problems on and off the field we've had. Not only does he not get fired but gets handed an extension.
