It was weird, but my section went dead silent. There was screaming after the interception, but when Ringo was running it back, it was like shock. Everyone watched in stunned silence until he crossed into the end zone, then there was pandemonium. It was this strange, wonderful thing.

How did you become a Bama fan? I was raised a Hog fan, and I don't see how it's possible to root for another team once fandom for a certain team is in your blood.

It can happen. I grew up a Gator fan. From the age of 5. My parents grew up in a small town 40 miles south of Athens. Several things that happened between my Junior and Senior year in HS made me consider going somewhere other than UF. I picked Georgia,and it's like all those years rooting for the Gators never happened. I've never looked back.
