Now you need to define deflecting. You aren't good at this.

You said they were drag racing.
I say you are wrong. But I need to know your definition of drag racing.

My guess is that you spew shite on the internet because you can... not because it is accurate.

How do you define drag racing?

Might not have been drag racing per se, but they were definitely racing.

The Athens-Clarke County Police Department had previously announced that Carter, 21, faced charges for reckless driving and racing in connection with the accident.

No one is getting arrested for driving 55 in a 35

To actually get a reckless driving charge AND arrested, you’re driving triple digits and/or 40+ over the speed limit and doing other stupid shite in the process

Incorrect. Under Georgia law, reckless driving kicks in when you violate the super speeder provision (75+ mph on a 2 lane road or 85+ mph on any road) of the speeding statute. It is automatically an arrestable offense and is the officer's discretion as to whether or not an arrest is made. It can also apply when a driver disregards the safety of persons or property.

IOW, he could have been doing 90 on the Loop and the officer decided to arrest him. Or he could have just gotten the super speeder citation.

I will happily answer when someone worth answering asks, not a deflection at all.

Athens police met with Kirby and the team in MARCH to learn about the dangers of drag racing.
Smart told reporters "The issue was not to be taken lightly". "I think our guys understand that and we continue to educate them and we will continue as a university to make sure they behave and do that in a proper way".

Perhaps it is UGA and Kirby that should define drag racing?

Lol

Define racing.

They were speeding.

When you drive 80 down the highway, are you racing?

She was driving 200 horsepower. Jalen had over 700 horsepower.
They were going the same speed and she was ahead of him.

Racing has multiple definitions. Legally, they were not racing.
It doesnt take a high IQ to figure this out.

I'm not sitting on 200 IQ or anything, but you might not even escape single digits.

And? Both misdemeanor charges. Fine, probation, and in-house punishment.

I saw it.
And he took the plea deal.

Do you think he was "trying" to pass the other car or outdistance the other car?

His 6.2L Hellcat engine does not have a governor on it. 707-840 hp with 650 lb-ft torque.

Cat and mouse. Speeding in general. Other stupid car games. I'm having a hard time comprehending that his hellcat was losing a "race".
