But, but, but 5th year Seniors on that Boise team made all the difference. Your game was a home game in the State of Georgia with a veteran squad.

Our loss against Arizona St was our new QB's second game EVER on the road in Arizona St's super bowl with one of their 2 sellouts of the year (The other being USC, which they also won). On top of the fact we should've won the game had we not iced our own kicker.

At this point I'm done in this thread, but I'll have it bookmarked so I can come back when we don't lose 42-3...or maybe we won't even lose (What a novel concept).

Mizzou didn't even finish in the top 25. I mean atleast UGA finished 19th in the AP. And UGA is projected to be better this year than last and he's running smack. Dude better go back and cook some more Sudafed I think his last dose is wearing off.

Took a ridiculous stunt to get it done though

You're going to blame your loss because of an unsportsmanlike conduct? That's weak sauce.

The stunt was weak sauce, but using that as a crutch for why you lost is less than weak sauce...that's very missouri of you Road

We had a sophomore QB, freshman RB's, Freshman WR's(besides king), our AA safety was suspended that game. Our second best LB broke his leg in the first Quarter. See I can make excuses too.

I've seen this posted over on Tigerboard as well by the same handle. It honestly doesn't make any sense.

Either way at this point I'll just agree y'all are gonna roll us, your points made in this thread have been very eye opening and honestly we really just don't have the players to compete (0-12, maybe 2-10 if we can somehow win our non-con games). I'm sure in every game this year we will get held to under 10 points and will give up at least 30. God damn I wish we would just give our own AD the death penalty and just focus on academics, and keeping up our rep as producing the most meth. See y'all in Columbia for our asswhopping.

Our nose tackles were also a sophomore and a JUCO transfer. I don't see what was so "veteran" about our team.

Our shitty O-line were probably the most veteran, and they couldn't block anyone on our cheerleading squad.

I thought this was a fact, not a "rep".

The state of GA "rep" is The Peach State. Fact is that we don't produce the most peaches.

Do we call Missouri The Meth State, or is that the "rep"?

Just call us the "meth state" because we will "show you" we have enough backwards rednecks to produce the most

Edit: one positive is that Kansas, arky and Tennessee all consume more than we do. So we must be exporting some of that potent shite

I really don't have any beef with Georgia and respect the program. And I have no idea what to expect on September 8th, I think it can range anywhere from a close game to either side winning by double digits. And I know UGA fans can be rational and cool, hell some of the same ones flaming it out in this shitfest of a thread have simulataneously been chill and cool to us over on our board. So its really not a big deal to me.

That said, I'm a fan of grab-some-popcorn type meltdowns, and knowing the UGA fan mentality on here is gonna make for one seriously amusing meltdown if Mizzou wins on September 8th, which I do think we just might.

Honestly, even if I were to accept the hypothesis that UGA = stacked and Mizzou = shite stains, even then, its mindboggling to me that any UGA fan would be confident about ANY early September game anymore, much less assclownishly overconfident like I'm seeing here. I guess y'all just like to take it up the arse in terms of seeing your own expectations shattered. frick sake, if your program is capable of choking on the road at Colorado in September, it may not even matter how good Mizzou really is or isn't gonna be this year.

I didn't even realize there were this many Dawg fans on the rant, what holes are you crawling out of?

We had a freshman QB starting his 5th game, our best player's first minutes in over a year, a brand new DC, a brand new scheme from the past 9 years, no true nose tackle, etc. We finished 6-7 that year, we obviously weren't very good. We are better this year than that year, and we will not go 6-7 this year.

That was a different year man. Different team, different mindset, different everything. What happened 2 years ago doesn't really have any bearing on this year's game in september.

I was about to say the same thing, and oddly enough they all have fairly high post counts. Makes me think they all heard an unsubstantiated report of something good finally happening this offseason and they all woke from their hibernations.

How many guys who were on your roster for that Colorado game two years ago are still on your roster? We still have plenty who were on our roster that beat the frick outta CU that same year. Their names and faces haven't changed.

But you're right, that was a long time ago and irrelevant. Your 0-2 start this past September was much, much more impressive.
