Because they suck.
Did you watch the Pitt game? They don't want that smoke.

But let’s go back a bit

Why? And why not look at more recent history post the 2nd SEC expansion?

Once again, what's your excuse/argument for the pathetic OOC scheduling?

Ohio State backed out of our home and home scheduled in 20 and 21 and the conference axed the OU games in '23 and
'24

@Oergon and @Pitt with multiple out of state “neutral” site games.

@Notre Dame and that’s it. That’s the only road trip UGA has taken. Everything else has been a home game or kissing your cousins GaTech or Clemson.

And let’s be honest Memphis is a better program than GaTech the last 20 years or so.

So even using your timeframe UGA is shown to be lacking.

Why is UGA collectively afraid of getting on a plane and playing anyone? Is that condescending prick right that UGA fans are too poor to travel?

LMAO!

I just linked the cancellation of TWO huge OOC road trips:One to Norman and the other to Columbus. What part of this did you not understand?

Jesus dude,Clemson was ranked 2nd in '21 when we played at Charlotte and you know as well as anyone that we're pretty much obligated to play GT and would playing them no matter if they were NC contenders every or where the program is now.

Ahhh so when we play in Charlotte or Atlanta it’s something to critique us over, when you do it..we’ll it’s a big deal..got it.

If we are being honest, GT is better than UT last twenty years. They’ve got 2-11 win seasons in that time (UT has 1), they’ve won the Orange Bowl (as has Ut) and they’ve played in it another time (UT hasn’t). The two schools winning percentages are nearly identical during that time..and GT has a conference title, UT doesn’t.

How many of the BCS Bowls has Tennessee won the past 10 years?

The same as Georgia Tech?

You are the one bragging about trips to Pitt and neutral site games in Charlotte against WVU, while critiquing us for playing Top 10 Clemson and Oregon.

And I laid out my case for GT being more successful than UT last twenty years, all factual. You, per usual, run from all facts and retreat into simply being insulting.

Your school isn’t shite, hasn’t been shite for a long time, and plays a weak arse OOC schedule most every year..usually consisting of 1 mediocre P5 team at home.

Because y’all never leave the bus ride region for out of conference.

I don’t credit Tennessee for Nashville neutral sites just like I don’t credit UGA for Atlanta neutral sites. And Nashville is significantly further away from Knoxville than Atlanta is from Athens.

Unless you are playing an OCC in Jacksonville the point stands.

Charlotte is no more of a bus ride for UGA than it is for UT..

How many games has UGA played in Charlotte? Zero in the time frame we are discussing (post second expansion 2012)

So it’s a moot point.

Wrong. Tell you what, you wanted credit for your OOS neutral site games over that time..list them.

Unless you are playing an OCC in Jacksonville the point stands.

The point is that our bus radius is to Georgia Tech.

We are flying to anything further.

You are barely part of the discussion, why would you be allowed to dictate the frame of the discussion?

And no, that’s the issue. Have you looked at the distance between Clemson and Athens? The Airport Clemson uses is about an hour away, the one UGA uses Atlanta(the smaller teams use Athens-Ben Epps Airport). So instead of driving to Clemson (an hour and a half) you believe they drive into Atlanta, charter a flight, land and drive into Clemson? That’s your official stance?
