The truth hurts sometimes. Uga is cheating everyone knows it. Most teams do, but Uga is taking to a new level.

You just lost a big game, of course people are going to get their hits in today.

My only thing is at what point in time does the fanbase begin to get restless?

The bottom line is I think many GA fans look at their neighboring schools and cannot help but get frustrated.

Right now, at least in my view, we will see if Kirby can find the right assistants for the identity he wants to build. Do that, and then manage to keep that staff together and the talent will matter much more.

I’d say they are the new LSU, but the Tigers won 5 SEC titles and two National Championships (so far) since Y2K.

There athleticism is off the charts ! But they don’t have a Tua / Joe who distributes the ball to playmakers. Seems like Kirby fell in love with from and stuck with him when better options were available

Who are their 14 5-stars?

Nolan Smith
Nakobe Dean
Travon Walker
George Pickens
Clay Webb
Zamir White
Jamaree Salyer
Tyson Campbell
Adam Anderson
Cade Mays
Isaiah Wilson
Richard LeCounte
D'Andre Swift

We had Brenton Cox transfer and Justin Fields transferred...so we had 15 at one point.

Some, did not play because they were injured. Some did not play because they were behind older players. Some got little playing time due to inexperienced.

Some people think that just because a player is a 5* that they automatically are playing. That's not how it works though. But, he (The poster) was taking a shot at us, while ignoring his own programs failures and shortcomings.

Actually what happened, was we had a ton of talent leave early at the WR postion. That hurt us most. Hardman, Godwin, Nauta (were all 5* talents)and Riley Ridley also left early.

Then during the off season JJ Holloman got kicked off the team, so it was a perfect storm for our receivers. We were starting a ton of young players at WR, and they were a little weak in route running.
Then when Cager was hurt (Graduate transfer), Pickens suspended for the first half, and Blaylock went down....well...

Don't get me wrong. No excuses. LSU went out there and whipped us. You definitely had the better team and played a better game.

Don't mean to butt into your conversation, but there is the key, I think. We lost our DC and our OC last season. Our new DC worked out very well, but our OC left a little to be desired. It will be interesting to see how we react. Do we stand pat and hope for the best, or do we move on and...well....hope for the best.

We beat Auburn regularly. Just beat Auburn in the SECCG two years ago. Did you forget?

You don't even really understand what this thread is about, do you? Poor fella...

I understand it fully. It is a troll thread that you are jumping all over. Problem is, you are also ignoring the fact that your program has infinitely more problems than mine does and is behind us in pretty much every facet. Talent. Most recent success. Coaching. Facilities.

And yes. We have more talent, but we are also beating your program regularly, so there' that. The best an Auburn fan can do right now is post:

#1980.

Congrats on your big win.

ETA
And lets not forget that the very last line in this wonderful troll thread was:
Has there ever been a team with so much more talent than anyone else in the country not win shite?

I merely pointed out that we just beat Auburn in 2017 for the SEC title. That's something...or maybe it wasn't much of an accomplishment at all.
