Yep, and driving fast has nothing to do with that.
Irresponsible drivers who put everyone’s lives on the line by doubling the speed limit are truly the scum of the earth.

When they do it shite tanked they deserve to be put down.

Came to Legion Field one Saturday night during the coach Bryant era. Baylor wasn't ready for that.

I guess driving too fast is a "character" issue now?

I mean, it's something you shouldn't do, but normally when "character issues" are brought up for a NFL prospect it means drugs, gangs, etc. Not speeding.

The cop really should be fired.

Nah if the department needs a press release saying they’ve disciplined him internally or some lame shite like that sure but noting booking someone for speeding isn’t fireable. It not like Carter later that day smoked a school bus or something and he still writ him up. No one is to blame for what happened other than the people driving and most of that blame is on the driver of the car that crashed.

The "character issues" to which McShay was referring were related to being a locker room cancer/bad teammate, etc.

Yep, and driving fast has nothing to do with that.

Sounds like this guy chronically drove 50 mph over the speed limit. That is as bad as chronic drunk driving and shows a complete lack of respect for the safety of his fellow citizens.

Hyperbole the penalties for speeding are less than drunk driving because it’s not as bad.
