Why don't y'all finally just nut up and do it yourselves instead of begging on a message board for another program to?

ETA: You gonna beg for LSU to do it the next two years too?

Jlove- to answer your question, yes absolutely aggy will root for LSU to beat us.
They are a fan base that believes that when anyone in their league wins, they win. This aggy tradition of “victory by proxy” has become a part of their DNA. This is especially the case against the dreaded “sips” or the Big 12- when you can’t win against someone, better to leech on to their enemies.

They might hate you guys now and be talking all kinds of noise (as is also their tradition whenever they win a “big” game- congrats on 8 wins fellas!), but they will be slobbering all over you next September. Just wait. It will be gross.

eh that was the student body, not the fan base.

two completely different things.

I'm fine. There is this thing called reality and I think Georgia would murder Texas. Herman and Texas are baby soft just like the rest of the Big 12

Nope. Texas isn't where they need to be talent wise, but we play a physical game.

Nope. Different criteria for the 2 leagues. SEC takes the highest ranked team (using CFP rankings).

Big XII is either the champ (if not in the playoff) or the runner up. I guess they do it that way so as not to penalize the second place team for playing the extra game and taking an extra loss.

its part of them, but I would go to say that that part of the student body doesn't give a frick about football.

Also, the Student body and fans are VERY different at times.
Certainly at a big arse school/football program like Texas.

Alabama the same.

Well I don't know... They've already declared they're "back," so I'm not sure what can be done at this point.

Someone from Florida attempting to ridicule another state’s fan base is hilarious.

I agree. UGA is just too talented for Texas right now. But saying they are soft shows that poster didn't watch any games this year. I could see UGA winning 35-21 against Texas which is fine. Going from 5-7 every year to 9-3 with a ny6 bid has most Texas fans in real life grateful. Folks get carried away on message boards just look at TD for proof.

Agree.. wouldn't put an upset past my Horns, but conventional thinking says UGA would a strong favorite.
