You Georgia guys must be in your 20s. UGA fans wanted to run him out of town last time he was there.

They obviously aren't meaningful to you.

But they are meaningful to the young men who line up beside him.
They are meaningful to the coaches who have implemented a gameplan that he executed on the field against one of the top 10 teams in the country and 2 more top 25 teams.

Yeah.

We hate offensive coaches who score 40+ ppg.

Thank God that Monken is gone too.

You confuse frustration with Bobo's promotion (2006/2007 to offensive coordinator of a top 10 college football team with no coordinator experience and only about 7 years coaching experience in total) with what he developed into as an OC (top 3 OC in the SEC year in and year out).

GA fans can be just as idiotic about things as any other fanbase. The problem with UGA during his last years wasn't offense- they were were 19th, 21st, and 8th (with Hutson Mason at QB) though he did have a helluva RB roster that year.

No coach is perfect. Some fans are irrational. You probably misunderstood what others were saying. Some loved Jesus and Richt too much to blame Richt for Uga underachievement.

Now that we got that out of the way, it’s safe to say bobo 2012-14 was an elite OC, and he got a promotion because of that success.

Not really. Richt was too Nice. Love him. Was a great coach. Bobo was also a great coach, mentored by Richt. Monken was awesome, Bobo still holds the all time record at UGA for points scored. Won’t matter for you though, because Arkansas is winning the west this year

I agree. Many Georgia idiots disagreed at the time.

Typical response of the moronic element that can’t stay on topic and just can’t resist irrelevant jabs thinking they are clever.

This would make some sense if uga lost a lot of games in 2021/22, and no one expected them to be good in 2023, but that isn’t what’s going on, so it’s just irrational.

It's always hilarious to me when someone tries to act like garbage time reps actually prove something.

Real reps in real games matter to real players and real coaches. Maybe that’s why uga is able to sustain success, unlike LSU, which explains your utter cluelessness.

If this is true then Georgia is fricked.

Even LSU's backup quarterback threw it all over your defense.

But he didn't outscore our offense. Did he?

Well... there are always good moral victories for runner ups.

UGA Concerns going into season by Draconian Sanctions
I remember bringing stuff like that up when we brought back Pelini

I’m not saying it’s going to be the same result, just saying it’s a flawed talking point

The flaw here is not recognizing the context differences that make Bobo's return to coordinator duties much more likely to be successful than Peini's.

How did you get this completely wrong?

It is true, and the back to back proves everyone BUT UGA was fricked.

The Kirby championship culture of purpose, patience and competition has paid off handsomely in Athens.

You're talking about the past, I'm talking about the future.

Georgia's defense was absolutely shredded by a backup quarterback in their last SEC game and only beat Ohio State because their kicker missed a field goal.

And now they've lost their starting quarterback, OC, and various other starters?

Doesn't bode well for 2023.
