Bama didn’t have a good team last year. Should’ve been 8-4. Now that Bryce is gone they will be even worse.

Guess he hasn’t seen our state of the art indoor facility. Or our other incredible facilities. Georgia has all the money it needs to invest in the sports programs. Football is king at UGA. It funds all the sports and makes it possible for the other sports to have great facilities. Georgia people love their football and supports the program with big bucks. The other sports are simply things to pass the time between football seasons. It’s nice to win but no big deal if we don’t.
The mens BB team made a nice improvement this past season and things are looking good for the future. If that happens - great! If it doesn’t I don’t see anyone getting very upset about it. Football is what matters and everyone on this football crazed board knows it too

Since your team hasn’t joined the conference yet you obviously are not aware of the UT off season reality disease. It’s always THE year. THIS year is THE year. UT gonna win BIG. THIS year.
It’s really amusing to see them trying so hard to convince others and themselves of the coming greatness of the FB team

Bama seemed to have a lot of internal problems. Players putting themselves above the team. Wonder if all this NIL money could be causing a lot of the problem

Handwriting’s on the wall. This is a Mercedes’ F1 type run by UGA, impressive and yet mercilessly boring for college football fans.

get that since UGA is too poor to invest in anything but football

If we are honest, in the SEC there’s football and “who cares.”

Fans latch on to the other minor sports for something to brag about or something to do.

I’d rather win a football championship every now and then than win every other sport every year.

It’s funny watching our fans all excited about WBB. If we sucked they would be “so what it’s WBB”

That hasn’t been a thing outside your feeble imagination in decades. Last year most folks had them 8-4/9-3 they went 10-2 and should have been 11-1. Before that 8-4 was a ceiling most years.

UGA winning something other than a Fulmer Cup has ruined your fanbase. Y’all just can’t handle a little success.

I can see how UGA totally destroying their opponents could be boring to non UGA fans. Having most games all but over by the half could seem boring to some but Georgia fans are loving it. The defensive and offensive plays made by some of the best college players to ever set foot on a football field is something to behold. Awesome!!

UT hasn’t had success in over 20 years. What would you know about handling it?

I can see how baseball and basketball must be torture for UGA fans. It’s a shame y’all are too poor to invest in more than gymnastics and recently football.

But you weren't 11-1 because a medicore South Carolina team dropped 61 on you.
Should have been.
It's the Tennessee fight song.

One thing that Georgia is not is poor. You might want to do a little research before you post. A very wealthy school and program.
Torture? Hardly. As I’ve said wins in BB or baseball - or gymnastics, tennis, golf, etc are nice
Football is what matters at Georgia. And at UT too. You aren’t fooling anyone. We all saw how manic you hill billies got last season when you thought you were good. You know before Georgia brought reality to your program. And SC gave y’all the ultimate humiliation.
And as for UGAs lack of “success” you might do some research there too. Mark Richt averaged 10 wins a year for 15 years and then UGA decided they could do better. Enter Kirby and it’s been a steady climb to back to back nattys. Of course UT wouldn’t know much about winning big time. Gawd knows they have tried though - garbage cans, champions of life rings, cash stuffed McDonalds bags, a revolving door of bad head coaches, etc. But as always, here they are again. THIS is the year. Just wait until the fall.
Oh Yeah! We’ve heard it all before

No, I think Uga Alum is correct.

In fact, I doubt any SEC team will even score on Georgia or LSU. No college conference will field a team capable of competing!

NFL teams would find it difficult ( XFL impossible ) too. Maybe they will announce that the Super Bowl next year will be played between Uga and Lsu ? Just consider the college and pro games as exhibition.

Considering how many UGA players end up in the NFL that’s not as crazy as it seems. You could field an entire team with all the Georgia players and a few of the LSU guys.
