UGA - unimpressive in draft, but CMR was the GOAT recruiter - right?

So which is it folks?
Did Kirby walk into a situation where he should have done much better because of recruiting rankings, or did the Dawgs have some serious deficiencies?
We heard a lot about how there should be no excuses, mostly from the same people that are super excited now about how our seniors fared on draft day.
I'll hang up and listen

Y'all were just saying it was because all your guys chose to stay. As for UGA recruiting, CMR recruited just fine. UGA has always been loaded with talent. The surprise will come if you ever figure out how to use it.

Our worst draft since 1992. Holy shite did Richt fall asleep at the end of his time in Athens.

Just the 2013 class. All our Juniors, which Richt recruited, came back. Every class on our roster will have several NFL players.
Blip on the radar screen.

Sometimes that's the best recruiting a coach can do. Keep the Jrs from jumping too soon.
What if LSU had been able to keep their 2011 class of juniors for another year? That 21-0 beat down took the fun out of college ball for those guys, although they'd probably still decided to go pro, I don't think as many would have.

I think several more recruits from Richt went in the draft.
Brendan Langley.
Did Josh Harvey clemmons and tray Matthews get drafted?
A big part of talent is keeping them on the field/team.

The 2012 draft? I think Brockers and Claiborne went 1st round and no one could blame Randle for leaving early.

Only 2 drafted in 2014 draft as well. Point is, this was not a random event.

UF has had more than double the amount of NFL draft picks over the past 4 seasons when compared to UGA. Real Richt problems.

If Tray Mathews ever gets drafted I will know that scouts have no clue what they are doing.
