You do realize it takes at least a year but more like 2 or 3 to have a serious impact on recruiting? I wouldn't look for big impacts on the 2016 class but he should have a top 10 class in 2017 and top 5 after that. That's where I'd have my expectations with hopes for even better. Smart is a great recruiter and will probably battle Saban for the #1 spot but don't have that expectation. Over expectations can be very detrimental.
