My question is....where did this $13,000,000 figure come from?

According to the NY Times, he had a signed contract for that amount.

Then UF cancelled the contract (or tried to). Rashada then lived up to his side of the contract that UF tried to cancel (signed with UF) then when he didn't get paid he asked for a release from his NLI and went to ASU.

Now he's suing UF because he honored his side of the contract that was signed (he signed a NLI with UF) and UF/UF's collectives did not honor their side.

I hate everything about unlimited NIL. This is such a screwed up way to operate with 18-20 year olds.

Well, if NIL didn't happen then Missouri football team wouldn't be ranked this high right now.
