It’s better than nothing which is what we have right now. There is only so many reruns of old games on tv which we have now

Yeah, I saw that... the county health commissioner, I believe.

When the City of Austin adopted the bum sleeping on sidewalks policy, UT made it very clear that because it’s state property, they are not subject to city law and the bums were not welcome. I would imagine UT could ignore Travis County all day long.

I would say it’s up to the Board of Regents. The governor could issue an executive order neutering anything the city or county does. He’s already done it.
