Question. If someone loses a permaban bet, will the mods actually step in and ban them? Or is it just a gentleman's agreement? If it's the latter, I can definitely see people acting like little kids on the playground after losing a $10 bet.."Aw c'mon man, I wasn't really serious! If I won I wouldn't have made you pay".
Some people seriously NEED to be permabanned, so if that is their fate it needs to happen for real.
