Ole Miss is tougher than JHS?

Yeah that's bullshite. And AU is very tough to play at, just as tough as the glorious BDS

Since 1990, UF is 117-16 in The Swamp. Tops in the country. There has been some discussion that it has lost some luster over the years but when it gets cranking for the big games it is as loud or louder then any place out there.

Auburn was #20. I fixed it.

Bout the same as the Iron Bowl this year, I went to the arky game in BDS 2 years ago that was the quietest sec game I've ever been to.

Our % would go way up if you kept going back further. 2006-present has by far been Richt's worst stretch (including his 3 worst years as a head coach) yet we still have the 4th highest win % and only 6 home losses.
Edit: Those numbers in the table you posted are wrong, btw.

This is why sometimes I wish we would play you guys home/home.
Don't get upity. I'm just pulling your chain. You guys surely would have beat us one more time if the games were held at the schools.

GEORGIA Sanford Stadium (92,000)
Since 2000, Georgia has never lost more than two home games in a season. Sanford Stadium is one of the most beautiful venues in the SEC. Crowds are loud throughout the game, but particularly in the third and fourth quarters. If Georgia is trailing in the second half and it’s a close game, the crowds in Athens can get very intimidating. Georgia has one of the better bands in the SEC. When the defense goes on the field they play “Bad, Bad Lee Roy Brown” ... you know the line ... “meaner than a junkyard dog.”
Home field advantage grade: A
Home record since 2000: 57-13
Home record since 2006: 24-8
Home record 2010: 5-1
SEC record 2010: 3-5
Best home record since 2000: 7-0, 2002
Undefeated seasons at home since 2000: 2 (2002-03)
Losing seasons at home since 2000: 0
Home record under Mark Richt: 51-12
Average attendance 2010: 92,746
24/7 on home field advantage

I wish I was older in 94/95. I would like to experience it home/home just to say I have and check off my 12th SEC stadium. But I absolutely am in favor of keeping in Jax, it should be there forever. Maybe if I feel frisky one year I'll catch a game there on our bye week or something.

Mebbe it's the perception thing?
That whole part about Richt losing more game each year than the year before?
I really think that gets more play outside of Georgia than it does in. And I'm pretty sure at least some of your SEC brethern have used that against UGA in recruiting.
My honest, unbiased, "no dog in the hunt" view is that the best thing for UGA would be to start over with new blood at the HC position.

Actually looks like it should be 24-8. I got that table from Alahunter's thread. 24/7 seems to have different results.

That is probably because it was a 12 o clock game, and we kicked their arse.
