Never worked with Ivy engineers but I have worked with a Harvard MBA,Wharton undergrad and a Dartmouth grad.
I must say while pretty arrogant all were smart AND hard working.
While all have done very well, the Dartmouth guy who majored in Anthropology of all things, ended up being the most successful. He has done several start ups in Silicon Valley but he was also very well connected.(Dad was Microsoft President in the 90's)
Most recent was a Cornell grad, corporate process engineer. She regularly complained about having to travel for field work instead being allowed to work in her office or work from home after COVID started. She had to travel Monday-Friday once a month or so, while numerous contracted engineers like myself were traveling 2 weeks on, 1 week off for several months or longer.

Lol. No.
I grew up in AL and have lived in Nashville for 20 years.
You can buy homes all over AL for $175K.
The same homes would be $500K in Nashville.

In Missouri the best engineering students don't go to Mizzou, they go to Missouri S&T (Rolla) or out of state.
This...an EE from Rolla that takes a job in Oak Ridge, TN makes the same as the EE from MIT that takes a job in Oak Ridge, TN.
Most of these stats are driven by the location that students are going to and the fact that the mix of areas of study/degrees are different from school to school.

That isn’t remotely accurate. I can see why you didn’t include a link
