Not to piss you off, but on the same show Chris Low predicted Cyrus would be the second SEC player drafted next year (although he did say Jake Matthews would go in the first and would have gone in the first this year).

It says WR too.....Why would you say they have the deepest RB corps in the SEC? that's silly.

That sounds high.
But to be fair, if I was that much of a homer I probably would not be able to self-diagnose.

Read 1st post then stopped. Knew this would not be a subjective thread. Posted because trying to build my post count

The topic on CFL was specific to top QB, WR and RB on a team. Three players. One at each position. Nothing to do with depth at a position.

If my memory is correct->
2012
Jff/Ben/Evans -> about 6600 yards
Bama trio -> about 4900 yards
2012
Jff/Ben/Evans -> about 6600 yards
Bama trio -> about 4900 yards

Agree, this had no chance.

You can't measure worth/quality by yards.
If you did, I would be screwed.

FWIW my homerism says A&M has better skill guys than 'Bama, but I can't argue with the poll just based on experience. (And I think Georgia has a pretty damn good argument based on experience, too.)
Cooper is scary fast and may be the best there is. But I wouldn't trade Evans for anybody including Cooper. His height and jump and YAC-fight and mean streak all make him a unique receiver - it's hard to compare him to anybody else.
I expect A&M RB's to be really good, but that's mostly just wishful thinking at this point. Malena is the only one with experience and he didn't have a Yeldon year. That's no fault of his, but just based on what has already happened I'd have to go with 'Bama. With the RB coach moved to co-OC I expect to see more RB runs. We'll see how that goes.
As for QB - no point in discussing it. I think 'Bama, A&M, and Georgia fans should all be very happy with their QB.

I think the Cooper vs. Evans debate is shaping up to be the next Julio vs. Green debate.
Although I'm not sure either Evans or Cooper are as good as Julio or Green. But its only year 1 and both those new guys had great freshmen campaigns.
