Ran for 1,786.

So my Top 4 would be:

1. Herschel Walker
2. Derrick Henry
3. Darren McFadden
4. Leonard Fournette

So based on the criteria you use, here are the Top QBs in SEC history ?

1. Aaron Murray Georgia 13,166 2010-13
2. David Greene Georgia 11,528 2001-04
3. Chris Leak Florida 11,213 2003-06
4. Peyton Manning Tennessee 11,201 1994-97
5. Eric Zeier Georgia 11,153 1991-94
6. Danny Wuerffel Florida 10,875 1993-96
7. Jared Lorenzen Kentucky 10,354 2000-03
8. Eli Manning Ole Miss 10,119 2000-03
9. Casey Clausen Tennessee 9,707 2000-03
10. Bo Wallace Ole Miss 9,534 2012-14

Derrick Henry is far from top five in this league. Shaun Alexander was a better back, if you just wanted to put a Bama rb in the mix.

1a-1b- Bo or Walker. Doesn’t matter which one you choose.
3-4 - D-Mac or Faulk
5 Alexander- Charles or Shaun. Even could throw cannon in it. He was the best athlete in college football at the time

Bo
Emmitt (admittedly a homer pick)
McFadden
the white dude who kept converting on 4th down against us in 07 for LSU. Every backfield needs a hardworking and intelligent back.

Yeah man it is the SEC, we have good running backs every year and picking the best 5 is pretty hard. I forgot about Lewis too. And would love to put Faulk, shite man I don't know.

McFadden

Charles Alexander

Anthony Dixon

Everybody is infatuated with the current/recent RB’s so I am throwing a bone to some of the older guys.
