It should also be noted that Marcus had 412 yards receiving in 2010 to Davis's 136.

Also, TD edge to Marcus.

Also note that Davis split time with 3 other backs, became fulltime starter in game 6 had more yards and more yards per rush...

Green got all the goal line carries and Lattimore has never beaten the hogs, nor will he in his career

He split carries and yet he still managed over 200? I thought you guys threw the ball most of the time in 2010?

Lattimore is 0-1 against the Hogs. Not a ton of data there. He is 1-0 against Bama, therefore Lattimore>Mark Ingram+Julio Jones+TR

Wilson set the completion record this year

We were pretty balanced in 2010, I expect 2012 to be very similar

Yes he splits carries until he earned the starting job. Which was halfway through the season. Green usuallly came in for goal line packages.

Actually, a lot of games in 2010 we were 50:50 with pass:throw...unless we were behind.

at the pig fans that think they will switch Trey Willaims. Matt Davis is already on campus and he, Bralon Addison, Trey Williams, and Kenneth Marshall (also already on campus)are the biggest names in Houston football ... they are also all good friends. The only school that even slightly worries me is Ok State but not even they concern me too much.

at male cheerleaders.

If Williams and Addison were super solid, committed to the Aggies, they wouldn't be taking trips still.

I have no idea what to expect from Knile. I thought Greg Childs would be a top receiver this year. Is Dennis Johnson still around?

Yes he is but this will be a way different injury process for knile. I'm not sure Greg has ever been hurt like that before.....Knile has shown he knows how to rehab and trust himself again through several injuries in his career.

ACL/MCL is completely different than a broken ankle.

With all of this top level talent, will ATM be able to crack the top 25?

Agreed, Marcus is a cut above. Davis has second tier to himself, IMO.

Yeah, out-rushing Lattimore and having a better yard average for the entire season despite only being the starting back for the second half of the season definitely puts him behind Lattimore.

To put it into perspective:

The last 7 games for Knile, three of which were ranked SEC teams and one coming to one of the top defenses in the nation in Ohio State:

1028 yards
6.425 ypc
12 td

If he averaged this for the entire season:

1900 yards
22 td

Compared to Darren's Heisman runner-up years:

2006
1647 yards
5.8 ypc
14 td

2007
1830 yards
5.6 ypc
16 td

Actually some good news for you guys is that losses get forgiven a lot quicker in the SEC west. Just make sure you make it clear that you are better than everyone else when you play your OOC games......(we don't do this a lot and it hurts in the polls)

They're just pissed because they have the worst A&M coach in any sport as one of their assistants. (although Kennedy has an opportunity to overtake that level of futility)

Davis is really good. Statistically, he had a better sophomore year than Marcus's freshman year. Marcus was the 2nd rusher in the NCAA when we went down this year.

Marcus is an elite talent, but doesn't have the blazing speed of Davis, I agree with that; but have you seen the guy play? Our OL was not very good for most of first half of the season, and he was the ONLY offense we had. Teams were scheming against him, and he was winning for us by himself.

ETA: When he rushed for nearly 200 yards against UGA, it was his second game since HIGH SCHOOL. That's a pretty big deal.
