Hold on,let me squint, close my eyes, take drugs. Nope, still don't see it but no one said special ed level intelligence was teachable.

Hindsight is usually 20/20 but I tend to agree

Seven teams have actually participated. Wait a minute, that means one repeated. Top 10 is ridiculous and solely emotion based. So the norm. Carry on.

Two whole years?

You are making a desperate and pathetic grab for relevancy.

Still not sure why this is a big deal

If it's not a playoff, who cares?

What complete nonsense. Did no one care about making BCS games other than the championship game?

Ole Miss' case-

19-7 record over last two years

Good Wins - Both Alabama games, Oklahoma State (Sugar Bowl), Mississippi State (2014 when they were ranked #4 or something), @Texas A&M (2014)

Bad Losses - TCU, Arkansas (2014, 2015 was close so not a bad loss), Memphis, Florida (When they still had Will Grier)

1-1 Bowl Record (2 NY6 Bowls)

3rd in the SEC West in 2014, 2nd in the SEC West in 2015.

Verdict (From an Ole Miss fan) - Don't know about a top 10 program since the beginning of the College Football Playoff, but definitely Top 15. If we wouldn't have lost to Arkansas this year (Good game by the way Hogs), and had gone on to the SEC Title and prob won, would say a top 10 team without question.

When the BCS started, only 8 teams made it, and that included the title game. BCS bowls were a bigger deal and more difficult to make. You didn't make BCS bowls as an at large with 3 losses
