I know why the dude was fired and it was 100% justified. Any coach in America would have fired him on the spot.

Not going to go into. Ya'll can figure it out for yourselves.
There are certain things you don't say or do to players under your charge no matter the situation. And then you certainly don't turn around and try the same things with your boss.
