We jumped UTx in baseball to #2, but not sure if the win over UTx is enough to jump them and Arkansas in softball when the updated RPI comes out.

Either way, there’s a lot of stick ball left to be played. However, Bama has really turned things around so far in both sports this year.

Well, FL’s 9th inning meltdown might put Texas back in front of Bama for RPI.

Bad Florida

You’ll know fairly quickly. RPI updates practically live.

Assuming it’s now updated (FL record seems accurate), Bama hangs on to #2 behind UCLA.

Dunno if anyone has the juice to pass UCLA. We had number one briefly but then the slump happened lol. Glad we snapped it today and are still top 5.

Pretty decent bounce back to win the Arky series for AU. Hopefully Arky isn’t in desperation mode coming to Ttown next week, because our bats have cooled. Need that to be a low scoring series to give us a shot.

Bama coming alive in conference play has been one of those revelations that happens from time to time. Good teams reveal themselves with time. Or as Randy Savage once said, “the cream rises to the top” lol

If Alabama steps up in baseball, this will absolutely seal the door on the SEC being the premier baseball conference.

Who isn't at least somewhat committed at that point? Mizzou?
