I'm pretty sure he resigned and took another job. I wouldn't call that washing out. Tech is a dump, the better kids with options don't want to go there, it's a hard place to recruit too.

He's correct on many points, also:
Very little respect for the Big12 schools
No respect for the big12 spreads
No book on the kid, he was an enigma
2 Stud OT's
Very good coaching by Sumlin
Next year, there is tape and a book on Manziel, we get to see how SEC defenses adjust, and how Manziel adjusts to those changes. No doubt, Manziel was outstanding his RS freshman year, what happens his 2nd year?

with the way our schedule shakes out next year I think going at least 10-2 is very likely
08/31 - Rice
09/07 - Sam Houston State
09/14 - Alabama
09/21 - SMU
09/28 - @ Arkansas
10/05 - open
10/12 - @ Ole Miss
10/19 - Auburn
10/26 - Vanderbilt
11/02 - UTEP
11/09 - Miss St
11/16 - open
11/23 - @ LSU

Take off Bama & LSU & it looks like a Sun Belt schedule - only 4 road games? What a pussified lineup.

Let's see:
Teams we play next season who will most likely have 9 or more wins after the bowls - 4
Teams we play next season that only had one total win this season - 0
Teams you play next season who will most likely have 9 or more wins after the bowls - 2
Teams you play next season that only had one total win this season - 1
Your piece of shite team might have as many as nine losses next season (BYU, Ole Miss, KSU, OU, OSU, Texas Tech, Baylor, West Virginia, and TCU)

Aggies have by far the easiest schedule in the SEC next year(don't tell LSU fans). Although teams may "figure them out", Aggies will still have a very good year. There's simply not enough teams on there schedule that can compete with them.
08/31 - Rice WIN
09/07 - Sam Houston State WIN
09/14 - Alabama WIN 50%
09/21 - SMU WIN
09/28 - @ Arkansas WIN 90%
10/05 - open
10/12 - @ Ole Miss WIN 70%
10/19 - Auburn WIN
10/26 - Vanderbilt WIN 95%
11/02 - UTEP WIN
11/09 - Miss St WIN 90%
11/16 - open
11/23 - @ LSU WIN 30%
11/30 - @ Mizzou WIN
Sumlin will have to screw things up bad to lose more than two games, unless JM gets injured.
Problem is, same as this year, if they lose to the two big teams. They end up second or third in their division and 4-6 in the SEC.
