Well he certainly doesn't understand or articulate it very well from the LSU perspective. Mentions Arkansas and A&M instead of Ole Miss and Tulane.

Why does Saban bury his face in the tattoo of Jesus? Why does Tuscaloosa shut down their bars and restaurants when LSU wins? The bottom line is that both programs are going to be on track for elite status for at least the next 5-7 years (until each coach retires). The probability is that, even when accounting for any downside from poor hires, both programs will be very good to elite beyond that (this does not apply to Tenn). With highly ranked divisional opponents with national title implications on the line, it stands to reason that this could become something like a cocktail party game in terms of magnitude.

He just finished a dominating senior year performance against a team that has been a huge challenge for us?

I didn't go to Tuscaloosa in 2011 but I was told by a couple of friends that shite was closed everywhere. Could be wrong.

For your Mt Cody video, that is a pretty awful comparison since circumstances were different. Regardless, any Bama kid born after 1990 scarcely remembers losing to Tennessee in any sort of detail. Notwithstanding overboard trolls from LSU fans, it was painfully obvious how much people were trying to contort themselves into hating Tennessee the past couple of weeks, and there are structural reasons embedded in the rivalry which will lead to its further erosion in the future.

I'm not sure. I was born in '86 and I remember it very well. It sucked. frick Fat Phil. I was in Neyland in '02, 16 years old, when we broke their 7-game streak against us. One of the most fun and memorable nights as a Bama fan. I haven't turned thirty yet, I'm not old.

If we're playing that game, there are tons of Bama fans born decades before who hardly ever remember losing to LSU that much. What about them?

How epic would the melt have been if Cody would have been flagged for removing his helmet during the play?

What is it about LSU and Bama and cursed kicking games? We've both had some incredible opponent fails in field goal kicking over the last 10 years.

See, yall will hem and haw about how much you hate Phat Phil for sure, but that's hardly more relevant than me pretending to hate Spurrier because he had our number in the 90s as well. Sure, it's worth noting they turned you guys in for cheating, but is it really that big of a deal to some milennial kid?

Not really a game, it's a trend. The last several generations of Bama students don't care about Tennessee game the way their parents did. Any out of staters certainly don't. And as I've said previously, this trend will continue.

The Trench War and the trophy could be a shovel.

I do like the Carnival Bowl and the Series of the Century, too.

So Bama fans aren't really talking about a game that could very well push them out of contention for the West and a spot in the SECCG and the playoffs? If that's the case, then there are quite a few retards in Bama.

I promise you there's no pretending. Fat Phil was the biggest piece of shite to ever coach in this league.
