The SEC does have some “specialty” programs. Kentucky for basketball. They don’t win anything else. Ole Miss has wiggled out more championships than I think they have in other sports, but haven’t been to Atlanta in that same time frame.
Anyway, the factoid might be right, but you know they have been competitive in the three majors. They are middling, and that’s ok.
We don’t necessarily need anything other than that in the SEC

I do think it would be a game changer for the football program to join the SEC. Not that they would be like top 15 program or something. But it would definitely help us be more consistently good

Yes it’s a very weird phenomenon. Because NCST is usually pretty decent in most sports. They are never terrible in anything really. But never great either
