Damn that looks good. I did brisket last Thursday then beer can chicken, sausage and boudin Saturday. Still eating on the leftovers.

I chopped up a dead cherry tree and used the small pieces to smoke some brisket.

Boy I am fired up... All this Vandy crap and now I'm watching chopped and those mofos wanted them to cook a cowboy ribeye using other methods... Then they claimed one was undercooked when it was perfectly rare. Then one had too much fat it in... Wtf they gave them a crappy cut of beef wanted some BS. Bet those judges are Vandy fans. Only a Vandy fan would do some dumb crap like that.

Perfectly rare is undercooked to most people man. Unless they asked them to cook it rare, then I get your point. Few people want their steak rare though.

Chicken isn’t burnt the marinade i soaked it in always crisps up like that but it’s delicious. If I take the chicken off before it looks like that it’ll be a little raw in the center

I know man. I always make sure my chicken is a little more cooked anyway bc that crap can kill you if it's undercooked lol. I was just messing with u. I like burnt skin. I am eating taco bell and that picture had me jealous honestly.

Yep. It fricked my dinner plans up too. I was planning on not having time to cook bc I got home right at 6 and didn't want to be cooking during the game.
