You have provided no evidence that majority of racists are Republicans.
LEftwingers like you try to use racism as an excuse for your party losing in the south.
The reality is the GOP does not need racism to win in the south. Go through the list of issues, taxes, guns, energy policy, abortion, etc and Democrats are on the wrong side of a majority of people in the south.
And again, the Democratic Party in 2000 nominated the son of a segregationist who filibustered the CIvil RIghts Act of 1964. If you have a such an aversion to racism, why would you want to nominate the son of a segregationist.
So if racism is a big deal in the south, why didn't Al Gore win southern states? He would have been president if he had won his home state of Tenn.

you justify what NK did to Otto. You don't even know if he was guilty of the charge.
False... Acknowledging that it would be a bad idea to try and steal something in North Korea is not stating that he is/was guilty... it's simply acknowledging that if the claim is true, it was not smart. Does it mean that it warranted the level of punishment that he received? Of course not... but sticking your head in a lion's mouth and then getting mad because you got bit would be a bit asinine, no? Literally nothing about NK history makes me thing... yeah, I should go pull a prank there... hell it doesn't make me want to visit it at all... but that's just me.
quote:
Trump doesn't 'appreciate' the NK dictator. lol He's trying to get the guy to denuke his country.
Ok... let's see how that works out. Prior presidents (of both parties) have refused to meet with him on the grounds that they wanted up front concessions... In this case, he made essentially none that were significant as far as he was concerned, meanwhile Trump gave him a platform to tout his success as a leader. There is a reason this meeting was blasted by pretty much every credible source other than Fox News...
Again... perhaps he manages to accomplish something. I'm not holding my breath.

lol the NK dictator gave us 4 hostages, stopped shooting missiles over Japan 7 months ago, stopped threateing to shoot a missile at Guam, and had the media over to confirm that a nuclear testing site had been destroyed.
You don't know what you are talking about...
Obviously Obama's strategy was not working.
If Kim John Un doesn't follow up, I believe Trump is going to do a limited military strike on NK.
and you will complain about that. lol

How hard is it to realize after 20+ posts back and forth that I'm not a "leftwinger"... I'm simply not an "extreme rightwinger" either...

If you need "evidence" of this, I'll ask you the same question... have you been hiding under a rock? Get fricked with this bullshite... I specifically referred to overtly public racists (ie. the group in Charlotte, or any of the white supremacist groups that were associated with the Trump campaign in general).

And again, the Democratic Party in 2000 nominated the son
So they nominated a guy... he happened to have a father who had a less than stellar resume on racial relations... what about his son? Or are we to judge every individual on the merits of what their parents did? Can we go back further? If your grandfather or grandmother made poor decisions based on the cultural norms at the time, does that make you an awful person? How about great grand parents? Where does it stop?
Al Gore Jr had no such record.

Did I say it was a "big deal in the south"... perhaps you should try READING my fricking post you twit. I literally posted an article that explicitly stated that racism is *not* isolated or more prevalent in the south. Simply that *overt* racism is. In the meanwhile... Republicans have largely owned the southern vote since... ding ding ding... after the 1964 signing of the CRA. Thanks for playing...

lol if the GOP had nominated the son of a segregationist who filbustered the Civil Rights Act, every Democrat and the media would be calling it a dog whistle to white racists.
You guys see racism in everything the GOP does but then you don't see that nominating the son of a white racist doesn't look good.
Yes, the GOP has owned the south since support for white racist policies has essentially gone away and the Democratic party has adopted stances on other issues like abortion that a majority of the south don't support.
THe leader of that white racist rally in Charlottesville was a former Obama supporter and Occupy Wall Street protester. Do you think that is the profile of a typical Republican voter. lol

Rig... even though you and I may disagree politically in some areas, at least you don't come across as an uninformed dingleberry...
I can't fathom how otherwise intelligent people can find themselves anywhere on the same side of the spectrum as this typing turd.

Ben Pitchfork Tillman used to mock the Citadel and wanted to turn it into a women's college.
He called The Citadel .a "military dude factory". lol
And you realize than from it's founding in 1889 until they went coed in 1955, Clemson was a Military School. So in other words, Pitchfork Ben knew that Clemson's military heritage was inferior to The Citadel's and just like everything else, he was jealous of that.
I mean it was Citadel Cadets that had the balls to do this...

Citadel
A what if that I found interesting is that in order to avoid integration at USC during Reconstruction, there was a call to turn The Citadel into a black college. However, the Radicals in control of the state government disregarded this. I believe The Citadel was still dormant at this time after the Civil War.

Pitchfork Ben was willing to do anything to get Clemson college built.

Absolutely. Tillman was a racist hick, elected to represent racist hicks, who started a college to educate the spawn of racist hicks when they were shunned by the University and polite society. South Carolina is deeply shamed to have ever sent this hillbilly to Washington.

lol, USC was segregated until the 1960s.
When blacks were allowed to enroll at USC after the Civil War during the Republican occupation, white attendance went way down.
Tillman thought agricultural colleges should be separate from the flagship university, like Michigan State. SC had the ag college but it wasn't well run and did not have many students.
There is a statue of Tillman on the State House grounds, right across the street from SC's campus.
