It really has more to do with my age at the time. But, to get to Atlanta, you had to go through Auburn and Florida at the time when we were trying to breakthrough. That shaped how I felt about teams for a long time. I still have a respectful hate for Florida. But, I hate Auburn about as much as Bama fans.

Tommy smoking cigars on the 50 yd line still pisses me off. I only hated Auburn because of Tommy. Once he left that hatred went away. Even when they had Cam and Gus it wasn't the same.

I’m probably around the same age. I remember what felt like a decade that whoever won between Auburn and LSU was representing the sec west in CCG.
I absolutely hate Fla. I hope they never get back up but I also think it’s a better game when they have some kind of a chance. Same with Auburn.
