To me, the wildest thing about this case is this:
It's insane to me that LA allows these guys to maintain private practices outside of their government roles.

An only-in-Louisiana moment tomorrow in Baton Rouge: the SEC has retained Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams--along with the venerable Stone Pigman law firm -- to face 18th Judicial District Attorney Tony Clayton.
There are way too many Louisiana political subplots here to chronicle and I'll leave that to the pros (cc @WWLTV, @wdsu, @FOX8NOLA).
My favorite subplot: Williams famously defended Boosie Badazz in his 2012 Baton Rouge first-degree murder trial.
