watch the replay, TM7 got Dre on the shoulder pad...Dre head hitting the ground afterwards is what cause the concussion not the hit on the pad

Yeah, TM7 had no part in Dre hitting the ground, TM7 going for the neck had nothing to do with Dre falling, Dre would have fell without TM7's help.
