False.

Tiger Stadium's reputation was developed 10 years ago, but the students don't seem keen on keeping it the loudest.
While we joke about #thedecline, that's simply describing LSU's football attendance.

not true
"Baton Rouge happens to be the worst place in the world to be a visiting team." -- The Late Paul "Bear" Bryant, head coach of Kentucky, Texas A&M and Alabama.
"1996, Tiger Stadium was named the most dreaded road playing site in America in a poll of coaches conducted by Gannett News Service. A 1987 College Football Association poll of the nation's Division I-A head coaches determined the same thing. And a 1989 poll by The Sporting News simply rated Tiger Stadium No. 1 among "The 10 best places to attend a college football game."

Even more shameful that such a longstanding history is going by the wayside.

One was the #1 WR and the other has more yards than any high school receiver ever. EVER. EVER.

Tiger Stadium.

Kyle Field was rated top 10 loudest stadiums without any full enclosure (tackle box design). Its safe to say that Kyle Field will be the loudest stadium in the country in 2015 when all rennovations are done. To think otherwise is ignorant.
Its okay to be #2 to the new Flagship of Texas.

Tiger Stadium was always rated top 2 loudest stadiums without the new addition... Its safe to say that Tiger Stadium will be the loudest stadium in the country in 2015 when all rennovations are done. To think otherwise is ignorant.

It doesn't matter when you can't fill up the existing seating. If LSU fans were a dedicated bunch, then yes, Tiger Stadium would be the loudest. But by the fourth quarter, TS is rocking at 50% capacity.

Guys, last season was abnormal for LSU. The away games Baton Rouge had perfect weather. The home games seemed to be in the rain every week. Both Auburn and aTm should have been huge but people didn't want to sit in the rain.
Both games the weather cleared up after halftime but TV wants you to kick-off at the scheduled time. Both games would have been better-served with a 1hr rain delay.

To think the change in your renovation is going to be as big as the change in our renovation is ignorant. You already had a fully enclosed bowl. We had gaps for noise to escape throughout the stadium. Tiger Stadium is the loudest right now. But just wait until we are done and lets revisit this thread. I am not saying your stadium isn't going to be louder. But to think that your renovations and our renovations are the same as far as increased noise level is laughable.

Are aggies as unhinged as we are in Baton Rouge and am I just worrying over nothing?

I was at that game. It was my freshman year. Fresno State. Hottest day ever. People were dropping like flies. The entire group I was with left. I stayed the whole time, when during OT we were walking from one end to the other. I am probably in that picture somewhere in the third deck.

Just as many recruiting experts made Myles Garrett the number one player in the country.

Be named #1 in something then come back and say that.

I never even came close to saying that...
I'm saying it will be louder this year than ever before. This addition will really help block in more sound coming from the student section. Plus we will have more LSU fans in the lower bowl now because we arent giving as many lower bowl tickets to away fans anymore.
If Kyle and TS were tied in sound before (LSU was way ahead IMO) then I'd say it's likely that Kyle would surpass TS. However, TS had a sound advantage and Im not sure Kyle passes it up with the new renovations.
