Tiers of the SEC at the 1st Q Mark

One quarter into the season and I have to revisit a sentiment virtually all of us shared at the beginning: That the SEC is the most balanced conference from top to bottom. But is it really? 
We do seem to have some dead weight ...
Dead Tier:
UT
Arky
Old Miss and Florida have been better than expected. South Cackalacky is a pretty damn big disappointment. I knew they would be
Lower Tier:
Ole Miss
Florida
South Carolina
A couple of these teams will sink to the lower tier probably while one team may rise to top tier level.
Mid Tier:
LSU
UK
Miss St
Auburn
Missouri
But it won't be State. They are a disappointment (just as I predicted from the very beginning)
. I knew L8U would be good but I also know at some point they will fall flat. I'm just waiting for that to happen. I hope I'm wrong though. We'll see when the Dawgs come to BR.
I knew Jimbo would get A&M back in. In fact, they have taken L8U's place in the usual SEC pickings and probably for the next forseeable decade. Georgia is still
just as we thought.
Top Tier:

A&M
There can only be one team in the Bama tier. And only they can beat themselves.

Yup and I'm buying on Florida. They'll get beaten by UGA for sure but I think they get a half-decent bowl game this year.

At this point, I have to be honest and say yes. I think at worst, they only drop one more. And it won't be to LSU.
