I mean, probably pretty close. John Parker got a penalty for sticking his fingers up to his ears like he was talking on the phone if I remember correctly
He did, and of course Gary Danielson lambasted him for it too.

I was sitting 2 rows from the top in the Upper Deck and I just remember everyone around us laughing their arse off (LSU and Alabama fan alike).

how do you "almost get a penalty" anyways?
Trust me. You can almost get a penalty. I was warned by an official if I did something one more time he would throw a flag. He was nice enough about it, but I got the message.

You need a history lesson. It was Alabama and Mississippi holding on to segregation in the 60’s.

LOLOLOL before I even clicked it I knew EXACTLY what video that was going to be. One of my favorites of all time.
No, my (now) wife is probably 8 rows directly below those guys. We were down on about the 30 yard line, exact same row though probably. So I'm probably in the very very back acting like a fvckin loony. I don't know if it is still like this but LSU used to put all the visitors in the Top 7-8 rows of the upper deck all the way across.

How they act will only encourage more players to leave the state. Probably why their '18 class is all 3 stars
The irony of an ATM fan making this statement could collapse the known universe.

Oh, I have an idea, maybe both sets are the worst.

Alabama and Mississippi are the two most racist states in the country.

LSU didn’t sign their first black football player until a full year after Alabama. LSU played their first black player in 1972, only two weeks prior to Ole Miss doing the same.

I'm just glad Georgia fans act perfectly respectful. All we do is bark in little old ladies faces, spit in opposing fans faces, and push children down stairs.

I found myself in that video a few years ago. It was wild. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had attending a football game. Definitely never had seats any higher up.

I was fortunate enough to go to Athens, Knoxville and Baton Rouge that season.
Add in the 36-0 streak buster Iron Bowl and that season was as much fun as I've ever had in my life. Well deserved for all us, I might add.

They fought segregation till the end. George Wallace was your governor.

Apparently a lot of Louisiana white trash still in that state. Almost the slavery mindset..."if they born here, they belongs to us!" What trash mentality. I hope Bama pounds LSU back to the stone age Saturday night and Buggs has a record game.
