Correct. Most MSU fans know their place and usually enjoy a winning season. Ole Miss has a winning season and their fans think it’s a changing of the guard

It's so easy for you guys to sit there and say that now. Maybe preseason you guys didn't have that expectation. But boy I wish we could time travel to the week leading up to the LSU game when yall were still undefeated so you could see for yourself the energy yall had at that time.
Hell even after the LSU loss, it was still when you guys were on your bye week after beating the Aggies and only had 1 loss I was arguing with some Ole Miss fans and they assured me that they were about to get back to back 10 win seasons. They thought Bama was a loss but thought Arkansas and Miss St were going to be sure wins.
Yet now we're here. 10 win season is impossible now even with the bowl game. Guess you gotta wait a little longer for those back to back 10 win seasons

They were guaranteeing 10 wins bro. So at the very least they thought they'd split Arky/MSU and win the bowl against an unknown opponent. Turns out they won neither

Well if that's true that you "expected" to split those games then that means your fans are penciling in a win in a game they don't even know who they're playing against in the bowl game. Which might be even more dumb.
Whatever way it is, 10 wins were assured to me by the Ole Miss fanbase. 10 wins are now impossible. Time to eat crow.

OM friends of mine around Madison/Meridian were pretty sure of a ten win season. Y’all had hope. You lost it. No shame until this point where you act like you didn’t. 8-4 with a 4th place finish. Nice.

MSU's "We Believe" season had Dak and an experienced supporting cast.

Almost the exact same schedule except y’all played Vanderbilt while we played the #1 team in the country Georgia. Lol
