It's honestly amazing that any SEC East fans are talking after yesterday.
But yes, Georgia is beating Georgia Tech unless FSU Georgia Tech shows up. Georgia Tech is worse than Georgia Southern this season and should have lost to Georgia Southern last season with a halfway decent team.

Why would I give a shite about the rants opinion?? Also I promise you I follow CFB much more closely than you do, it's impossible for an Arky fan to really pay that much attention to football because you are never relevant. UGA crushed Arkansas last year @ Arkansas, this year would be no different. You can beg the rant all day, but you are still a 6-5 bad team.

For the Arky guy: Is there really any difference between the Liberty (Arkansas) and Music City Bowl (Georgia)? I've usually considered the Liberty Bowl to be worse.
How about the Outback (Georgia) vs Taxslayer (Arkansas) (Gator)? (old) The Gator is worse to me but it's close to the same.
Or perhaps the Taxslayer (Georgia) vs Music City Bowl (Arkansas)?

We needed overtime to beat Georgia Southern yesterday. We are not good this year and would likely be worse if not for our defense. If we were talking historical relevance then we are better but the discussion is about this year. We may end up in a somewhat better bowl based off our record but we are not better.

Anybody that thinks this season's version of Georgia Tech is anywhere near last season's is blind or only watches SEC games. They only played one great game this season vs FSU. Now they could make it a second one, but I doubt it.

Actually, the main difference between this season and most of the seasons during the title streak boils down to the SEC being middle-heavy rather than top-heavy. Even the 10-1 Gators are basically a really tough middle-of-the-pack sort of team. Add in Arkansas, TAMU, Tennessee, LSU, Georgia, and the Mississippi schools and you have a strong working-class type of conference that could have made life a bit stressful for elite teams in years past. I wouldn't call one "better" than the other. Having a 2011-type season is certainly flashier, but quality is not always about flash.

I don't argue this. UGA has us in head to head and hardware. But watching them play this season I feel bad for the product not meeting expectations. I'd much rather see a Georgia team in the CG over UF, Mizzou or UT.

I agree it has been a sad stretch for us. I think the other poster must have trouble accepting our failure this season. He sees the record and assumes we are better but sadly we are not. We have all the talent in the world at our finger tips but lack the leadership to get it done.

Records don't matter as to who would be favored?? Yet I'm the one who doesn't follow CFB. Arkansas would not be a favorite, and I am 100% sure we would slaughter Arkansas. Everyone knows that Arkansas is shite, and that is an opinion shared outside the rant. You and Arkansas suck, and there is nothing that is going to change that. As long as you have Bert you will never win more than 8 games. Of course that would be an amazing season for y'all, so you have something to look forward to.
