So someone's gonna get beat up for rolling trees that already get rolled once or twice a year. Likewise, you'll get arrested for rolling trees that barners roll when celebrating victories? You're not very bright are you?

Look dumbfrick, you want to roll it, bring your happy arse on and go for it.

You will likely get arrested. If not, your arse will likely get kicked. Either way, is a win/win in my book.

So please carry on. Do you need directions to Toomer's?

sure... but this notion that it's 'business as usual' for Alabama hasn't been the case... at least not since the 70s.

I agree, just show me where I implied that... I simply stated that Alabama is supposed to win (as in this game), I don't think anybody can argue that this year.

Why? Like I said, I feel a lawsuit coming on.

I remember in 2001 leaving Auburn Sunday morning, the trees and shrubery along wire road had toilet paper all in them.

The AUPD is at Toomers after AU games and they have been there in force when Bama has won in AU (granted that has hardly ever happened).

They will arrest dumbass gumps if they try to roll Toomers.

So gumps can bring their attorney's to Toomers IF bama wins and be little bitches if they want. I would assume the charge would be disturbing the peace since they will basically be instigating a fight.

Not that difficult to understand.

Actually, I was just wondering what the charge would be.

Like I said, I feel a lawsuit coming on.

There's a group of about 30 students that have a great idea. There will be arrests I'm sure, but it'll be worth it.

They have been trying to raise a little bail money for ahwile.

as I stated in the earlier thread, it was rolled in 99. and the auburn fans climbed the tree and pulled it out. it was very funny to watch.

What will be the charge? What law will they be violating?

last time it was rolled one cop said he was taking anyone who threw toilet paper to jail. a second officer was asked and he laughed and said there was nothing they could charge you with. people started throwing toilet paper and the cop didn't do anything but look pissed off.

Your right. Its pretty pathetic that Bammers actually want to throw toilet paper on Auburn's campus. Your fanbase needs a life

Ppll don't get arrested for rolling trees that get rolled multiple times a year you f*cking tool. Now, if someone decided to cut the trees down with a f*cking chainsaw, then they might get arrested.

and some traditions of their own. What's that they say about imitation? Oh yea, it's the sincerest form of flattery.

Similar to my recommendation to the auburn fan that he not piss on the bears statue I would reccomend bama fans not roll the tree. You say it's a stupid tradition yet you want to do it out of spite. Similar to the aub fan pissing on the statue you'd just be doing this to throw it in the face of fans.

If I remember correctly, City law says that the tree may only be rolled after an Auburn victory, and rolling of it or any other public property at any time is considered Vandalism.

So take it for what's it worth, but it apparently became a serious enough problem that the law was passed.

For the record.... if any Alabama fan desecrated the tree on Toomer's Corner.... his/her arse should be kicked until they couldn't breathe anymore.

Also... any Auburn fan caught pissing on a statue of Bear Bryant should be stripped naked, sodomized with a broom handle, urinated on... then beaten to within an inch of their life.

Have a great week, ya'll.

Wouldn't be the first time the police stopped a group from performing an activity that would incite possible violence. Not the same level but we surely can see the parallel being drawn when I bring up the kkk's march in oxford that was scheduled for an hour and everything I read (which to be fair was not much) indicated the police broke it up after 10 minutes due to safety concerns. Now I expect dome wise guy is going to make a constitutional rights claim but for time and place you can understand why the cops would break it up
